- Atua como principal ponto de contacto para todas as atividades de produção durante o turno de produção;
- Monitoriza e garante o cumprimento de padrões de segurança, qualidade, produção e eficiência;
- Liderar reuniões diárias de turno e comunicar prioridades, objetivos e problemas aos membros de equipa;
- Coordenar com a engenharia (processo), manutenção e logística para garantir que os recursos e prioridades estejam alinhados com as principais prioridades operacionais;
- Supervisionar as transferências de turno e garantir que todas as informações relevantes sejam comunicadas com precisão entre os turnos;
- Identificar e responder rapidamente a problemas que possam afetar a segurança, qualidade, produtividade escalando-os quando necessário;
- Apoiar e promover uma cultura de melhoria continua, liderar atividades kaizen e implementar projetos de melhoria tendo em conta as prioridades do VS;
- Analisar dados de produção, identificar tendências, ineficiências ou potenciais melhorias;
- Garantir a documentação adequada e a conformidade com os procedimentos operacionais, instruções de trabalho e sistemas de qualidade;
- Treinar, apoiar e desenvolver os membros de equipa para garantir a formação e aderência aos padrões da empresa.
