Your responsibilities

  • 1-Lead multidisciplinary teams in the execution of work related to service contracts, commissioning and operation of equipment supplied by FLSmidth.

    2-Coordinates projects and services to ensure service mobilization and execution are carried out in accordance with FLS and client expectations;

    3-Coordinate, plan, deliver and execute services that include:

    • Supplier services during project execution;

    • Assembly and commissioning.

    • Spot services, audits and support during operation

    • Training

    • Technical assistance;

    • Review technical reports and action plans;

    • Report KPIs;

    4- Plan and provide technical assistance in the proposal, planning and services together with the sales area and the cost and budget area.

    5- Report to the client on the progress of services in relation to quality standards. 6- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures by working proactively to prevent accidents with the goal of Zero Accidents. Comply with internal and external safety procedures. Manage safety indicator reports.

    7- Ensure compliance with equipment assembly and maintenance procedures. Ensure compliance with deadlines agreed with the client.

    8- Sizing the resources required to perform services and prepare technical-commercial proposals.

    9- Support in the quality control process. Feed data into the management tools used by the company.

    10- Comply with FLS internal procedures for Service control;

    11- Technical support to the sales area in technical issues necessary for the marketing of FLS products.

    12- Promote the approval of knowledge among the team of colleagues in the specialty.

    13 - Together with the team, prepare daily work reports, timesheets and other reports required and inherent to the position.

    14 - Ability to solve complex problems, discuss solutions and improvements with engineering, train other specialists on equipment.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in University programs of at least 4 years:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electromechanical Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in coordinating service teams and/or after-sales of machinery and equipment in industrial companies, preferably in mining.
  • Advanced English
