Coordenador de marketing para Saúde Feminina

O coordenador de marketing é responsável suportar o desenvolvimento e implementar estratégias de crescimento do portfólio de saúde feminina, incluindo o plano de marketing e planos orçamentários). Esta profissional co-lidera e co-gerencia as operações da franquia de saúde feminina.

Responsabilidades  

O (a) coordenador (a) de marketing na indústria farmacêutica é responsável por planejar, implementar e monitorar estratégias de marketing voltadas para medicamentos e produtos de saúde, sempre em conformidade com regulamentações rigorosas do setor (como ANVISA e códigos de conduta).

Faz parte das responsabilidades coordenar campanhas promocionais, materiais científicos e ações de comunicação direcionadas a médicos, farmacêuticos e outros profissionais de saúde, alinhando as mensagens aos dados clínicos e às diretrizes internas da empresa.

Também atua na interface com equipes médicas, regulatórias e comerciais, garantindo que os lançamentos de produtos e as campanhas estejam cientificamente corretos e dentro das normas éticas.

Além disso, essa profissional acompanha o desempenho de produtos no mercado por meio de análises de dados, pesquisas de mercado e indicadores de performance, ajustando estratégias para maximizar resultados. Lidera equipes ou projetos, gerencia fornecedores e agências, controla orçamento e participa do desenvolvimento de planos estratégicos de médio e longo prazo. A coordenadora também pode contribuir para treinamentos da força de vendas, desenvolvimento de posicionamento de marca e identificação de oportunidades de crescimento, sempre equilibrando objetivos comerciais com responsabilidade e compliance regulatório.

Educação, Experiência e Habilidades Requeridas 
 

  • Formação Acadêmica em Farmácia, Administração, Gestão de Negócios ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Pós-Graduação, como Cursos de especialização ou MBA em Gestão de Negócios ou Gestão Farmacêutica podem ser um diferencial importante.
  • Inglês fluente (esperado para criação de plano e apresentações)
  • Experiência com marketing em saúde feminina será diferencial, também experiência em acesso público (CONITEC, licitações) e privado (ANS e planos de saúde)
