Cooperative Internship Period: January - May 2026 OR August - December 2026
The Opportunity:
As a full-stack engineer on an agile team, you will get to experience various parts of Agoda systems that handle millions of users every day, ranging from frontend (both Web and App platforms) to backend, including data and infrastructure.
In this Role, you'll get to:
- Be part of an agile product team that do hypothesis driven development.
- Visualizing product usage using data in Hadoop.
- Use A/B Testing and make product related decisions based on data.
- Develop User Interfaces with our frontend technology (React / Redux / Typescript).
- Contribute to Agoda mobile apps using advanced architectures and test methodologies.
- Develop RESTful / GraphQL APIs (C# / Scala).
- Create real-time monitoring for the production system you have built.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
- Studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or any related fields
- Understanding of basic data structures and algorithms.
- Coding skill in any language e.g. Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, Swift, Kotlin.
- Able to understand and communicate ideas clearly with team members.
It's Great if you have:
- Experience in any form of data persistence (RDBMSs, NoSQL).
- Some understanding of modern frontend or mobile technology e.g. React, Vue, Angular, Flutter, Native iOS and Android Apps.
- Experience with automated CI/CD systems, test driven development, clean software architectures and SOLID principals.
- GitHub profile especially contributing to open source projects.
