We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive leadership team. This is a critical role responsible for leading the company’s operational backbone and ensuring world-class execution across the company.
The COO will oversee and empower both customer-support teams as well as business operational teams to drive the company’s performance, efficiency, and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute operational strategies that enable scalability, quality, and agility.
- Lead and align customer-facing and business operational teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategic goals into operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Establish frameworks for process optimization, service quality, and performance measurement.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity across all operational areas.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, within the telecom, or related industries.
- Proven success managing diverse global teams — both customer-facing and internal operational functions.
- Strong track record of driving efficiency, transformation, and scalable growth.
- Demonstrated success in fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity across diverse teams and functions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic execution skills.
- High technical orientation with the ability to understand complex systems, products, and processes.
- Strong B2B experience, ideally in environments that integrate technology, service delivery, and enterprise clients.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
