Conveyancer

Homey is seeking a skilled and motivated Conveyancer with a deep background in conveyancing knowledge, to be able to shape the digitisation of the Homey's AI Conveyancing App.
We are looking for an innovative thinker to provide real time feedback to product team, so that the tech can improve to the extent that the vast majority of the process can be mediated without the need for a human team to facilitate the transaction.

Educational Requirements:

• Qualified conveyancer or solicitor with appropriate legal qualifications.
• Fluency in Spoken and Written English

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in conveyancing or property law.
• Proven track record of managing property transactions from initiation to completion.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in using conveyancing software and case management systems.
• Strong understanding of property laws and regulations.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and work under pressure.

Salary between 100,000 - 230,000 LKR/ month for the right candidate.
