THE JOB:
It is the Conversion Leads responsibility to facilitate the day-to-day conversion to ensure accurate and timely completion of conversions between events.
This is an on-call opportunity – hours vary upon event frequency, including weekends & holidays.
THE STARTING RATE:

$19/hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
-
Set and strike staging which may include risers, chairs, bleachers, house drapes, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey dashers, ice making, boxing rings, etc.

Store equipment in pre-designated areas; perform minor maintenance on equipment used for setting and striking events.

Operate company vehicle, and any mobile equipment related to arena operations.

Work along Conversion Tech II staff on all other conversion related duties.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.

Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
