​As a Subscription Conversion Sales Specialist, you will be the subscription conversion program owner for the EMEAI Region and be part of the EMEAI Sales team.

Your Day-To-Day:

  • Achieve assigned revenue target by converting PTC support customers to subscription
  • Be the leader of subscription conversions for the PTC EMEAI Region, both Direct and Channel
  • Provide leadership to a cross-functional conversions team (sales, operations, marketing)
  • Significantly extend the existing relationships with support customers who are potential subscription conversion opportunities
  • Drive and manage the entire sales cycle – from identifying the right opportunities and building a value proposition to negotiating through close.
  • Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential conversion customers
  • The Regional expert for positioning conversions in front of indirect customers
  • Help Partners understand the value and benefit of selling subscription conversions
  • Provide suggestions to ensure continued improvement of the conversion’s sales process
  • Work with marketing and sales to identify outbound campaigns that increase subscription conversion program awareness and opportunities

Your Skills and Knowledge:

  • Good Project Management skills
  • Flexibility/ Adaptability to change o Dealing with ambiguity and leadership competencies
  • 5+ years’ experience in selling enterprise solutions to major accounts
  • Experience working with software partners
  • Knowledge of the Computer Aided Design industry
  • Competent in the ability to forecast and assess revenue opportunities
  • Successful sales track record, motivation, drive and self-starting attitude
  • Professional and a planner in both thinking and directed activities
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take initiative and manage time effectively
  • English skill mandatory
