This is an exciting opportunity to shape our testing strategy to maximize conversions and enhance user engagement. We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and a desire to grow alongside a rapidly expanding company.
What you’ll do:
You'll be instrumental in driving our experimentation efforts, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates, and implementing data-driven strategies. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and analyze experiments. This role offers the flexibility to explore different areas of CRO, allowing you to develop your skills and contribute to our overall growth.
In practice, that means you will:
Strategize, help implement, and analyze A/B tests, multivariate, and personalization experiments on web pages.
Take ownership of the technical setup of experiments in our A/B testing platform, including using the visual editor, writing custom code for variations, and configuring precise audience targeting.
Develop data-driven hypotheses based on user behavior, market trends, and business objectives.
Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics) to identify opportunities, track experiment results, analyze and generate actionable insights.
Work closely with designers, developers, and teams within Demand Generation.
What you’ll bring:
1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing or CRO-related role.
Experience running and analyzing tests on web pages, email campaigns, or paid media.
Demonstrated ability to configure and QA experiments in tools like Optimizely, including setting up goals and audience targeting.
Working knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript/jQuery) for implementing changes and customizations directly within the testing platform.
Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude).
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A proactive and curious approach to problem-solving.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Direct experience with Optimizely Web.
Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles.
Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience with behavioural analytics platforms (e.g., Microsoft Clarity, FullStory).
Experience working with Chat platforms like Drift or Qualified
