Job Description

Reporting to the Experience Optimisation Director, you will play a key role in developing and implementing experience optimisation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies for a French multinational holding company specialising in luxury goods.

This is a hybrid position, based out of our Paris office. The gross annual salary range for this position is between EUR 38,000-42,000, and the final offer is dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client meetings with a key luxury account to translate their business needs into strategic optimisation roadmaps aligned with their goals, driving measurable value and high client satisfaction.

  • Be the subject matter expert in conversion rate optimisation (CRO), experience optimisation, measurement, and marketing analytics across the client's brands.

  • Execute full-lifecycle user journey audits, research, continuous experimentation, and cross-channel activation campaigns to deliver actionable insights.

  • Define custom reporting and data-mapping requirements, collaborating cross-functionally to align technical solutions and timelines with strategic rationale.

  • Provide mentorship and escalation support for junior team members to foster professional growth and resolve operational challenges.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French and professional-level English is required given the scope of work and the client teams.

  • Over 2 years of experience in end-to-end experience optimisation or CRO, including defining, launching, and evaluating A/B and Multivariate Testing (MVT) Campaigns using A/B testing platforms or website optimisation tools.

  • The ability to analyse user behaviour and map customer journeys from initial discovery to final measurement, ideally within the luxury, beauty or fashion industries.

  • Proficiency in web, app and product analytics combined with qualitative research tools (heatmapping, form analytics, live user testing) to uncover user behaviour insights.

  • Analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate complex quantitative and qualitative data into actionable findings, recommendations, and optimisation roadmaps.

  • You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.

  • When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
