Conversational Designer - Remote - Latin America

Azumo is currently looking for talented Conversational Designers to join our team and help design cutting-edge chatbot solutions.

This full-time position will give you the opportunity to collaborate with a global team of experts in conversational AI and SaaS platforms. As a key member of the design team, you will play a critical role in creating engaging and effective chatbot experiences, ensuring seamless user interactions and high-quality conversational flows.

• Design conversational flows and dialog structures for chatbots, ensuring a natural and intuitive user experience.
• Provide examples of phrases and responses that users might say and how the bot should respond.
• Define user paths, decision trees, and potential continuations in conversations.
• Collaborate with the client’s team to integrate conversational designs into their platform.
• Continuously refine and optimize chatbot interactions based on user feedback and testing results.
• Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.

• Excellent command of English (native or near-native proficiency).
• Background in linguistics, language teaching, copywriting, or a related field.
• Strong critical thinking skills (65% or higher in standardized assessments).
• High cognitive ability
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical tools and platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating user-centric conversational experiences.
• Experience with NLP tools (DialogFlow, Lex, Alexa, NLTK)
• Experience in conversational design or chatbot development.
• Familiarity with AI platforms or chatbot tools.
• Experience working with US-based clients or in an international environment.
