Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
·Strong experience in GCP, CCAI, Dialogflow
·Labels that are used by Conversational engineer in the Conversation Nodes can be considered as Pages in Dialog Flow.
·Conversational engineer need at least 50 complete interactions from start to finish to model the conversation flow effectively.
·Construct intents, entities, and annotations in Dialog Flow tool.
·Write API documentation that outlines endpoints that Customers need to implement the CCAI on their end.
·Labeling data into clusters that will result in workflows.
·Develop frameworks through Google-provided tools and methodologies.
·Provide data transcription and linguistic services.
Qualifications
·Strong experience in GCP, CCAI, Dialogflow, Vertex
