As the Controls Sub-system Operations Leader, you are the heartbeat of our technical execution. Reporting to the Controls Integration Leader, you will serve as the bridge between cutting-edge engineering and operational precision, ensuring our NPI (New Product Introduction) programs don’t just meet standards—they set them.

This is more than a management role; it’s an opportunity to own the critical path. You will orchestrate complex resource planning, financial oversight, and program delivery, transforming technical hurdles into streamlined successes. We are looking for an architect of efficiency who is ready to champion continuous improvement, automate the complex, and drive the operational velocity required to lead the energy transition. Key responsibilities

  • Assist Program Leaders in creating and maintaining sub-system integrated schedules, ensuring alignment with PMO standards and cross-functional sub-systems.

  • Lead Critical Deliverables and Program integrated schedules daily management leveraging the applicable tools (e.g. Pathfinder).

  • Drive Controls internal program periodic reviews.

  • Manage KPIs and the L3 Bowler to track and report on sub-system performance.

  • Own the sub-system budget and assist Functional Managers with SW&L & PO requests.

  • Oversee resource demand planning ensuring alignment with program needs.

  • Drive continuous improvement across all operational areas, focusing on automation and simplification.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.

  • Experience in product development, design, or technology-focused environments.

  • Strong project/program management skills, including planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.

  • Knowledge of the full product development lifecycle.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in cross-functional and global teams.

  • Fluency in English.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $113,200 and $188,800. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.  

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
