As a Controls Strategy & Innovation - Vice President within the Strategy and Innovation team in the Controls organization, you will define and drive a transformation roadmap across key controls initiatives. You will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen governance, improve execution discipline, and deliver clear, executive-ready reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes.
Job responsibilities
- Establish and lead program management support for transformation initiatives across the global Controls organization
- Define transformation roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics to drive consistent delivery
- Advise and influence senior leaders on key decisions, trade-offs, and change approaches
- Build executive-level materials and narrative updates for senior management and business leadership forums
- Build strong, collaborative partnerships with stakeholders and technology partners, with a focus on delivery outcomes
- Support the definition of target operating models, governance, and controls frameworks
- Drive analytics and reporting improvements by automating manual data preparation and reporting processes
- Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and transparent communication
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, recommending changes, and supporting adoption

- Demonstrated program and project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
