- Drive continuous improvement by monitoring throughput and data analytics to identify and resolve equipment bottlenecks.
- Document clearly (End-of-Shift notes, logic comments, drawing updates, preventative maintenance work orders) so other shifts and teams understand what changed and why.

- Experience leading or owning controls-related projects (e.g., new equipment installations, model launches, major upgrades, or line-rate / uptime improvements) from concept through implementation
- Experience with FANUC robotics (e.g., multi-robot cells, vision-guided motion, background logic, recovery routines)
- Deep experience with vision systems (Cognex / Matrox / Keyence), including setting up inspections, tuning performance, and integrating results into PLCs
- Demonstrated experience mentoring junior engineers or skilled trades on PLC/robot troubleshooting and problem-solving methods
How You'll Succeed:
- Take ownership by going beyond clearing faults - they hunt down root causes, implement countermeasures, and close the loop with the team.
- Are fully engaged and productive by volunteering for impactful work, driving continuous improvement, and understanding the difference between being busy and being productive.
