Dematic has an immediate need for an Electrical Controls Engineer in our Customer Service Modernizations & Upgrades group.
Candidates will have up to 2 years' experience in controls engineering.
Qualified candidates are familiar with planning, creating schematic and electrical layout drawings, working with PLCs (Allen Bradley and/or Siemens), HMIs, and VFD's, and implementation and commissioning of engineering design projects.
Employees must be willing to travel up to 40% to customer locations in the USA.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $45,000 - $97,000at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

- Assists in routine material specification, schematic preparation, bill-of-materials development, and appropriate follow-up.
- Aids in recommending ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction.
- Performs basic tasks and functions for professional field of work.
- Seeks advice and guidance on nonroutine or problem areas from others.
- Identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is not difficult or complex.
What We Are Looking For:
- Demonstrates a basic knowledge of professional principles and skills.
- Effectively uses fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a particular area of specialization.
- Typically, up to 2 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
