Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Lead engineering activities with internal and external stakeholders throughout project execution.
  • Translate customer requirements into effective and innovative control system solutions.
  • Drive design optimization initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and cost improvement.
  • Conduct and facilitate technical meetings with customers, suppliers, and project teams.
  • Coordinate material orders, fabrication activities, and installation plans for control cabinets.
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Develop and monitor quality measurements with external suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, NEMA, environmental, and safety standards.
Your Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in controls, automation, or control cabinet design.
  • Proficiency with CAD tools; E3 experience is a plus.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and engineering documentation.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings and site visits.
