What You Will Do

As a Senior Controls Engineer, you'll leverage electrical engineering principles to design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge electrical and electronic systems for our manufacturing processes. Your role focuses on application, theory, applied design, and implementation of equipment used in product manufacturing, including factory automation. You'll engage with electronics, control systems, telecommunications, and power systems, working closely with machines, equipment, and production operators to drive efficiency and innovation in our manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities include:

  • Manufacturing Engineering Assignments
    • Execute moderately complex manufacturing engineering tasks using advanced principles and analysis.
    • Conduct technical investigations and prioritize engineering aspects of projects.
    • Develop test plans and review results with team.
  • Project Management
    • Oversee and coordinate engineering tasks within major projects.
    • Create formal project requests and prepare reports, graphs, and summaries to track progress.
  • Issue Resolution
    • Address and resolve both routine and complex issues, escalating problems as needed.
  • Documentation/Presentation
    • Communicate technical information and engineering recommendations effectively.
  • Teamwork/Collaboration
    • Provide guidance to less experienced engineers and technicians.

What You Will Bring

  • Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
  • Required Experience: 5-7 years of experience.
  • Experience designing and developing systems for manufacturing operations.
