How You’ll Make an ImpactDesign and evaluate electrical systems, wiring schematics, and logic for transformer controls.
Prepare technical documentation including specifications, BOMs, panel layouts, and assembly drawings.
Lead investigations into technical issues and develop actionable solutions.
Analyze customer requirements and contribute to product development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex challenges.
Drive initiatives that improve operations and elevate customer experience.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Automation Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in control systems, automation, or transformer technologies.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, CREO, and E3; experience with Windchill or PLM software is a plus.
Hands-on experience with panel design, wiring schematics, and control cabinet troubleshooting.
Familiarity with SCADA, IEC 61850, and motor drive programming.
Knowledge of industry standards and engineering best practices.
