A BOI promoted Thai-Japan-German JV in major manufacture of automotive part with Worldwide export. Our located in Amata City, Rayong Province (40 min from Pattaya, 90 mins from Bangkok), is a growing plant with about 1,000 employees. Currently products for the divisions Chassis Control, Powertrain Solutions, Diesel Systems and Electrical Drives are produced there. Also pass-through business is handled for several divisions.
Job Description
SAP Key User for UG Module:
- Oversee the UG module related to period end closing and business planning in SAP.
- Manage and support investment control processes and handle related SAP TI1 and TI2 topics
Report Development and IT Tools Adoption:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated reports and dashboards using PowerBI to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Promote and facilitate the adoption of new IT tools to streamline processes and improve performance.
Digital Transformation:
- Support team and management to identify and implement digital transformation projects to improve finance operations and data accessibility.
Financial Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret financial data for accurate and timely reporting.
- Perform routine tasks such as standard report generation, data collection, validation, and plausibility checks.
- Support management with data analysis for ad hoc requests, providing actionable insights and ensuring data accuracy.
Qualifications
Experiences: More than 5 years professional experiencing in controlling & finance or related area
Educational Background: Business Administration/Economics, Computer Science, Data Science or related fields.
Special Skills: Demonstrable experience with SAP and as a data analyst with a focus on Power BI, data modeling, dashboard visualization and design and MS office applications
English Proficiency Level: Fluent written and spoken
Other skills: Presentation skills and problem solving
Timeliness: Meet deadlines for regular report delivery and submission.
Data Accuracy: Ensure precision in financial data and understand key figures.
Collaboration and Initiative: Work well with colleagues, take ownership of tasks, show initiative, and strive for continuous improvement.
