Role Description Statement
Performs complex process activities in line with global standards; might be assigned as supervisor of Process Analysts; supports new process standards implementation.
Responsibilities
-
Responsible for the activities in the respective process section (Division, Function, Country), team management responsibility, monitors the process & work results from the Process Analysts, accountable for ensuring smooth time and efficient service delivery, driving resolution of open issues, identifies improvements in processes & team set-up

Ensures application of global process standards and procedures; maintains appropriate internal control standards following process manual

Oversees system-related process activities

Responsible for effective collaboration with Hub capability owner

Overall accountable for accurately and timely executed service procedures
Minimum Job Requirements / Skillset
-
Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business administration Job experience
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance with 2+ years of experience in selected process / processes is preferred

Experience of working in service delivery model environment

Proficient MS Office skills

Strong in IT systems: ERP, Planning & Reporting tools and integrated solutions

Proficient understanding of end-to-end process, systems and data flows across organization at business and finance side
Language skills
Fluent in English, and local language
