WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Controlling Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Business Tech organization with financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization to ensure that investments are aligned with business goals and deliver maximum value.
You will also lead a team of skilled controllers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Your focus will be on enabling sound financial management, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring transparency and control over our spend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of controllers, ensuring a strong team culture and effective collaboration.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes for Business Tech organization
- Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to support decision-making and change initiatives.
- Continuously improve and shape financial processes to enhance efficiency and adaptability.
- Ensure compliance and control in purchasing processes, including invoice handling and agreements.
- Educate and support leaders in financial planning, performance tracking, and cost awareness.
- Contribute to long-term financial strategies and challenge existing ways of working to drive innovation.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership or senior controlling role
- Academic degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience working in or with tech organizations is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complexity
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across team
