Controlling Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates strategic and annual planning process, defines business plans based on strategic initiatives.

• Leads strategic projects in collaboration with the respective functional owners and management teams.

• Leads all finance and controlling tasks and functions, in collaboration with the existing shared service organizations.

• Conducts thorough analysis of monthly- and year end results including corresponding internal & external reporting.

• Provides support and analysis to other Divisions based in Milan affected by Corteco NA business

• Ownership and approval of rolling financial forecast, Inventory Valuation and Standard Cost Planning process. 

• Coordinates investment planning and owns the related investment evaluation analysis (IEA).

• Works with the finance & controlling community to improve related processes and tools in order to improve financial accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or Business Administration.
• Min. 5 years relevant experience in Finance Controlling .
• Experience in leading complex projects with multi-functional teams.
• Thorough knowledge of MRP/ERP, SAP preferred.
• General knowledge of customer needs & requirements.  
• Deep knowledge of site/ Division relevant materials. Has an understanding of manufacturing / business processes.  
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): ensures (coordination and check) that all legal and Freudenberg requirements regarding Health, Safety and Environment are fulfilled. Promotes a health and safety culture by personal example and by applying FST’s Safety Culture Tools.
