Job Description:

We are seeking Internal Control, Controlling and Data Specialist to join our Finance team in Warsaw. You will support controlling processes across three markets, ensuring timely and high-quality of external party’s data input.

Key responsibilities:

· Assist in implementing controlling plans aligned with functional policies and programs.

· Support Internal Control process and support the implementation of policies and procedures required by IC.

· Support activities related to the preparation of budgets, reporting tools, and forecast methods.

· Help execute plans and policies for analyzing costs, actual vs. budgeted cost variance analysis.

· Contribute to monitoring annual/quarterly/monthly revenue/expense budgets to control funds and measure operating results.

· Assist in administering processes to identify issues/trends and forecast annual/quarterly/monthly results.

· Supporting role in rebates calculation process.

Requirements:

· Foundational knowledge in the job area, typically obtained through education and early work experience.

· Ability to manage smaller projects or specific tasks within larger projects, working under supervision.

· Record of participation in process improvement and design initiatives, identifying solutions to straightforward problems.

· Ability to Interpret internal or external business issues with guidance and recommend solutions/best practices.

· Attention to details

· Focused on Controlling

· Good knowledge of English

· Very good Excel skills

· Power BI skills desired
