Descrição da vagaWe are seeking a highly analytical and technology-driven Controlling Analyst to support financial controlling activities with a strong focus on data analysis, reporting automation, and IT-based solutions. The role requires expertise in data modeling, visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and database management (e.g., MS Access), enabling efficient decision-making and operational transparency.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Controlling & Analysis
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support.
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with business units controllers to provide financial transparency and support strategic decisions.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other BI tools.
- Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and improve business performance.
- Automate recurring reports and data processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and governance across systems.
IT Solutions & Systems Support
- Develop and manage database solutions using MS Access or similar tools.
- Support integration between financial systems, databases, and reporting platforms.
- Identify and implement opportunities for digitalization and process optimization.
Process Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in controlling processes through automation and data solutions.
- Standardize reporting frameworks and KPIs across the organization.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Professional Experience

- Proven experience working with Power BI, Excel (advanced level), and MS Access.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP) is a strong advantage.
