Controllers
Controllers ensure that the firm meets all the financial control and reporting obligations of a global, regulated and public financial institution. In the Controllers Department, our professionals measure the profitability of, and risks associated with, every aspect of the firm’s business. Controllers also ensure that the firm’s activities are conducted in compliance with the regulations governing transactions in the financial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process billing for corporate and individual clients related to service fees
- Generate and distribute client and corporate statements of account
- Post daily cash receipts in PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable and reconcile balances accurately
- Engage with corporate clients to support timely collection of past-due accounts
- Respond to billing-related inquiries from clients and employees in a timely and professional manner
- Contribute to additional billing-related projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and multitasking skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Self-motivated and able to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
