A growing Ag-tech global company is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Controller for our exciting and promising global start-up to join our awesome team.
This role is ideal for a CPA with at least 5 years of post-certification experience, looking to gain deeper exposure to M&As, financial management, consolidations, and global accounting operations within a fast-growing technology company.
You will play a key role in overseeing financial reporting, cash management, collection and payments cycle, and compliance processes, while supporting strategic decision-making across the company.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial process, controls and operations for all company’s processes, including consolidated reports.
- Oversee financial systems, including Netsuite and integrations to CRM.
- Finance Business Partner for Operations, R&D and S&M.
- Monthly and Quarterly financial reporting activities, reporting to local management, auditors, authorities and shareholders.
- Prepare statutory reports and support tax filings for subsidiaries.
- Oversee day-to-day AP/AR and bookkeeping activities.
- Company’s treasury, cash flow planning and budget.
- Collaborate with Operations and sales teams to manage cost accounting and inventory levels.
Requirements
- CPA certification (Israel) with Big 4 experience.
- 5 years of post-certification experience as a Controller in a global tech company (Hardware and SaaS).
- Experience with NetSuite ERP - must.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel), Hands on experience with AI tools (Claude).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with management of accounting teams.
- Experience with both SaaS and HW an advantage.
