We are seeking a motivated, hands-on, and detail-oriented Controller to join our Finance team and report directly to the CFO. Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeper oversight, and financial operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidated reports.
- Support the preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Manage the finance operations of global subsidiaries (Subsidiaries Finance Management).
- Oversee corporate cards, company spend, and travel management systems (experience with Mesh – an advantage).
- Support cash flow forecasting and treasury management, including managing deposits and currency hedging.
- Oversee and manage the company’s equity-based compensation programs (ESOP), including options grants, vesting schedules, exercises, and coordination with external trustees and in-house legal counsel.
- Maintain and update the company’s Cap Table.
- Manage the company's insurance policies and renewal processes.
- Assist the CFO in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations (with emphasis on European/German statutory reporting).
- Lead annual audits and work closely with external auditors and advisors.
- Maintain and improve internal controls, financial processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.
- CPA certification - Mandatory.
- Completion of internship at a Big 4 accounting firm (or leading mid-tier firm).
- At least 1 year of post-internship experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting, ideally from the hi-tech sector.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting principles.
- Familiarity with equity accounting and ESOP administration – a strong advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling capabilities – an advantage).
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and a "can-do" approach.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and Fluent English.
- Experience working with global companies, including multi-currency environments and consolidation of European subsidiaries.
