Develop and deploy real-time AI models for autonomous driving, including vision-language, motion prediction, imitation learning, and reinforcement learning systems. Bridge cloud-scale training with efficient edge deployment through compression, quantization, and inference optimization. Translate research into production systems, collaborate on autonomy architecture and long-horizon planning, and evaluate state-of-the-art AI techniques for safety-critical automotive applications.

Develop and improve autonomous vehicle planner software that determines driving maneuvers. Monitor software releases, evaluate performance improvements or degradation during daily real-vehicle testing, and participate in test drives. The role requires close collaboration with testing activities and hands-on problem solving in robotics and autonomous driving.

Build and maintain cloud and embedded-systems infrastructure for automotive development, testing, CI/CD, and OTA deployment pipelines. Design GitHub Actions workflows, optimize cloud costs, manage containerized environments, and implement infrastructure as code, monitoring, logging, and observability. Establish safety-critical development practices aligned with ISO 26262 and AUTOSAR, enable deterministic builds, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues across customer programs. This is an on-site solo role in Tel Aviv.
