We are looking for a skilled and strategic Controller to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the organization's financial health is accurately reported. As a key member of the management team, you will collaborate with leadership to develop financial strategies, provide critical insights, and drive informed decision-making.
This role is located in beautiful Liberty Lake, WA.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Oversee corporate accounting, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Provide actionable financial insights and analysis to support key business decisions and investments.
Manage and mentor the financial team, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
Identify and mitigate financial risks while establishing effective internal controls and robust processes.
Collaborate with external stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions, to maintain strong relationships.
Monitor financial performance and cost estimates to ensure accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance financial processes and reporting accuracy.
Support the accurate setup, performance, and maintenance of projects and contracts in compliance with company policies.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial controlling and accounting roles with increasing responsibility.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Strong proficiency in US GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, present findings effectively, and make informed decisions.
Proficiency with ERP systems and financial management tools.
Proven experience working within an international team across multiple time zones.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
