We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our growing finance team. This role will play a key part in the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with global accounting standards, and supporting strategic decision-making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
- Lead the statutory reporting to Israeli tax authorities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and tax requirements in Israel and internationally.
- Drive internal controls, SOX readiness, and audit processes, including coordination with external auditors.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyse financial results and provide insights to senior management and business stakeholders.
- Implement and improve accounting policies, procedures, and financial systems.
- Support M&A activities, integrations, and complex accounting transactions.
- CPA (Israel or equivalent) – mandatory.
- 2+ years of relevant experience, including experience in a global or public company environment post internship a must.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
- High proficiency in ERP systems (Priority/SAP preferred) and Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Background in Big 4 accounting firms – a must.
- Experienced working in a Nasdaq listed companies- a big advantage
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
