  • Experience: You bring 10-15+ years of experience in accounting and financial management roles, with a significant portion of your career focused on scaling growth-stage companies. A CPA or equivalent certification is strongly preferred. Your background demonstrates a successful track record in establishing robust financial controls, managing audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

You possess strong skills in financial software and platforms, with advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and experience with financial audits is required.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in leading and scaling finance or accounting teams is essential. You should have a strong record of mentoring finance professionals and fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Your leadership skills enable you to build and guide your team through the complexities of rapid growth phases.
