Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Controller to join our Finance Department. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations, budgeting, and reporting, collaborating closely with our global bookkeeping team, international subsidiaries, and advisors. The ideal candidate is analytical, hands-on, and thrives in a dynamic, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day finance activities and accounting operations.
• Perform monthly budget vs. actual analysis and prepare financial reports.
• Assist in annual budget preparation and ongoing monitoring.
• Prepare and review financial statements, tax reports, and statutory filings.
• Collaborate with international subsidiaries to ensure standardized reporting.
• Work closely with external auditors and advisors, both in Israel and abroad.
• Partner with the global bookkeeping team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Provide management with financial insights and flag issues when necessary.
• Participate in financial projects, system implementations, and process improvements.
• Manage accounting operations processes as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting – required.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience after an accounting firm or as a manager in a firm, including preparation of financial statements – required.
• Experience working in a global environment – required.
• Big 4 background – advantage.
• NetSuite experience – advantage.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) – required.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
• Strong accounting and financial process knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across global teams.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
