We have a highly collaborative culture supported by our EAGLE PRIDE values! JOB SUMMARY: Your Flight Plan! The Controller will manage the DSD & Facilities divisions finance and accounting departments  providing information about all department activities that will assist management, its shareholders and other users in making educated economic decisions about the company's future. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ready to Fly! 
  • Oversee the activities of the DSD & Facilities accounting department for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal (Vesta Profit Center) and external (client) monthly financial statements, liaison for external audits, internal annual audits and preparation of annual budget templates.
  • Perform routine & adhoc financial statement analysis for management including GM, Senior VP, Presidents and other Executive Management.
  • Assist in transitioning clubs to new POS & GL systems and train service staff
  • Communicate with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
  • This position is responsible for accounting oversight for the DSD & Facilities accounting department.
 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The Wingspan Needed!  
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (MBA Preferred)
  • CPA certification preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of GAAP accounting
  • Five years of hands-on accounting managerial experience.
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Knowledge of Country Club Accounting/Management
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
  • Self starter
  • This position may require minimal travel.

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
