Job Description:The Controller - Finance handles budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Construction, Property, Energy, and Overhead segments. They analyze key KPIs and P&L for management while collaborating with the Group on data reconciliation and report alignment. Additionally, they support teams with reports and contribute to quality and efficiency improvements.- Participating in Budgeting, forecasting & reporting agenda related to all relevant segments – Construction, Property, Energy, Overhead.
- Preparing and analysis of key company KPIs and of P&L and BS positions for country management.
- Cooperation with Group consolidation team on controlling & reconciliation of data for valuations, monthly closing & P&L reporting.
- Cooperation with Group controlling team on alignment & reconciliation of data, KPI & P&L reports and their methodology.
- Supporting other teams by producing reports & analysis helping achieve company targets.
- Participating on changes of agenda assigned to increase quality and efficiency and/or in connection to new systems implementation.
