Our global Finance Operations carries out accounting tasks and provides financial services in multiple areas. We value accuracy, collaboration, and innovation in the world of finance.
We are now looking for a Controller to join our team in Tallinn.
As a Controller, you will be responsible for:
Operate as Finance business partner for Business Area/Business Unit entity or group function
Lead or support controlling and financial reporting processes for entity/function in scope of responsibility
Own and ensure efficient and accurate closing, analysis and reporting related activities for the entity/ function
Contribute and drive efficient and accurate forecasting and budgeting process in entity/ function
Represent entity/function for requests from other Finance Operations processes Record to Report (RtR), Purchase to Pay (PtP), Order to Cash (OtC)
Ensure Stora Enso Finance processes and policies are implemented and applied in entity/ function
Proactively find opportunities, suggest actions and drive change to continuously improve and harmonize end-to-end controlling processes
Drive and contribute to process automation and other development projects
Ensure close co-operation and communication with entity/ function and key stakeholders in Finance and other functions
Support and train stakeholders in controlling related matters
Qualifications:
Education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (economy high school diploma/university degree)
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in controlling, management reporting or accounting
Good understanding of controlling processes (entity closing and operative financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting)
Good knowledge of controlling tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Excel, SAP, OneStream, Power BI)
Experience of driving process improvements and harmonization
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to operate in a matrix organization in international environment
Good communication skills and business-oriented mindset
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
