- Execute daily funding transactions for Constrafor's Early Pay Program (EPP), moving capital from credit facilities to fund customer invoices on our invoice factoring product.
- Own treasury operations from start to finish, including cash positioning, funding schedules, and coordination with credit facility providers.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to identify manual payment and funding workflows and drive automation, improving speed, accuracy, and scalability as volume grows.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across bank accounts, facility ledgers, and internal systems to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies quickly.
- Maintain accurate records related to EPP transactions, including journal entries, accruals, and general ledger postings.
- Support month end and year end close processes, including account reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting.
- Monitor facility covenants, borrowing base calculations, and funding availability to ensure compliance with credit agreements.
- Partner with Risk and Credit teams to ensure funded transactions align with underwriting and approval requirements.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between internal records, bank statements, and facility reporting in a timely manner.
- Help build and improve treasury and accounting processes, controls, and documentation as the company scales.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of company policies and procedures related to funding, disbursements, and cash controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in treasury operations, accounting, or a related finance function; experience in fintech, factoring, or asset based lending is a plus.
- Strong understanding of cash management, funding processes, and reconciliation procedures.
- Working knowledge of general accounting principles (GAAP) and experience with journal entries and month end close.
- Experience or strong interest in working with Product and Engineering teams to build or improve automated financial workflows.
- Highly detail oriented, with strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.
- Comfortable working with high transaction volumes and tight daily deadlines.
- Proficiency with accounting and treasury tools (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems) and strong Excel skills.
