Job Description✓Supervise, train, and develop the accounting, finance, and cost team.
✓Lead the accounting and tax closing process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reports
✓Ensure that company complies with tax laws, accounting standards (BRGAAP and IFRS), and act as a point of contact with internal and external auditors.
✓Analyze financial data, reconcile records, and prepare reports
✓Identify opportunities for improvement and automate processes in the controllership area to increase efficiency.
✓General ledger account analysis to identify discrepancies and support financial decision-making.
✓Ensure Payables and Receivables on time
Qualifications7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in supervisory or leadership roles within finance or accounting teams
Familiarity with financeial reporting, budgeting and compliance
IFRS knowledge is a plus
