Lead accounting, budgeting, controls, and financial reporting for the Supply Chain & Operations business unit. Ensure consistent application of accounting practices, and partner with the function to provide finance leadership across the organization. Direct all accounting practices for the entities/organization across multiple sites, as well as direct the monthly and quarterly financial reporting process. 

Participate in the Supply Chain & Operations business unit (BU) leadership team and act as a key business partner to drive key business metrics. Ensure processes are efficient, standardized across the BU and that the product/operation maintains cost effectiveness to improve the profitability of the entity. Partner with business leaders to provide input into the development of business strategies and new business opportunities. Lead, align, and set expectations on the AOP and forecast processes, including leading the Global Strategic Business Plan (SBP) process and Integrated Optimization to ensure alignment of working capital, capital and forecast expectations. Lead communications on financial results across all functions within the entity/organization. Lead expectations and set the tone for a strong control environment across the key business cycles, including account reconciliations and system implementations. Help lead Demand Driven Value Network analysis, QSP 2.01, and other business driven financial analysis. Lead efforts to comply with any governmental or regulatory organization financial requirements. Ensure we support and provide appropriate resources for internal and external financial aid process audits across the BU. Help provide learnings and training across the organization for continuous improvement. Provide Capital targets for the BU and all the plants, ensure projects align to the business initiatives and strategies. Lead the process to meet the flex targets and cost reductions set forth in plants and procurement, and ensure right resources for delivering on those targets. Influence the organization by demonstrating knowledge of the business to provide guidance to support the decision-making process and guiding the business towards positive results and organizational alignment. Evaluate business environment using measures to mitigate risk and capitalize on opportunities. Utilize financial forecast data to provide forward looking projections to facilitate decision making. Partner with stakeholders to analyze trends and validate assumptions to provide a forecast that aligns to the organization’s goals and strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:              Positions require a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years of experience as a Senior Financial or Internal Controls Analyst, Controller, or related position. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 6 years of experience as a Senior Financial or Internal Controls Analyst, Controller, or related position. Experience to include: Monthly and quarterly financial reporting process; Maintains cost effectiveness to improve profitability; AOP and forecast processes; Strategic Business Plan (SBP) process and Integrated Optimization; Account reconciliations and system implementations; Demand Driven Value Network analysis; Governmental and regulatory financial requirements compliance; Internal and external financial aid process audits; Meet set flex targets and cost reductions.


JOB SITE:                        Nashville, Tennessee & various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.

WORK HOURS:                 40 hours/week [8:00 am to 5:00 pm]
