Fonction du poste :

• Assister le contrôleur de gestion du site de Drancy (fonctions centrales et centre de R&D)

• Participer aux tâches de clôtures mensuelles

• Soutenir les opérationnels dans l’ensemble du process de la comptabilité fournisseur, de la prise de commande au règlement

• Produire et mettre à jour les reportings mensuels de suivi des coûts par département

Missions :

Accompagner les opérationnels (responsable de centre de coûts) sur les tâches administratives et financières :

• En charge du reporting des fonctions IT de la business unit

• Participation au reporting des fonctions R&D du site

• Suivi du budget par département

• Soutien du processus de commande: création, validation, suivi réception

• Définition des imputations comptables et analytiques

• Assistance au processus de validation des factures

• Support du processus d’investissement : création des CAPEX dans SAP, soutien lors des commandes, mise en service, reporting mensuels

• Mise à jour du suivi des effectifs du site

Compétences requises :

• Base de comptabilité

• Culture financière: culture générale de comptabilité et contrôle de gestion

• Bonnes connaissances du Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Bon niveau d’anglais exigé

• Connaissance de l’ERP SAP serait un plus

• BAC+3 minimum
