Job Description:

Control Document Junior
  • El/la Control Document Junior será responsable de administrar y controlar la documentación técnica, contractual, administrativa, de calidad y medio ambiente de una obra de ingeniería subterránea, asegurando que la información se encuentre correctamente registrada, codificada, actualizada, distribuida y disponible para las distintas áreas del proyecto.

Principales funciones
  • Recibir, registrar, clasificar y distribuir la documentación del mandante y otros actores autorizados.
  • Cargar y emitir los documentos generados por las diferentes áreas de la obra.
  • Mantener actualizado el listado maestro documental.
  • Controlar versiones y evitar el uso de documentación obsoleta.
  • Realizar seguimiento de documentos pendientes, rechazados, vencidos o en revisión.

Requisitos
  • Título técnico o profesional relacionado con gestión documental, construcción, calidad, gestión de proyectos, administración o una carrera afín.
  • Experiencia en control documental, administración de documentación técnica o gestión de archivos en proyectos de construcción, infraestructura o ingeniería subterránea.
  • Manejo intermedio de Excel, Word, Outlook y Teams.
  • Conocimiento de Aconex, SharePoint, ProjectWise u otra plataforma documental equivalente.
  • Deseable conocimiento básico de AutoCAD y Power BI.

Skills Required

  • Technical or professional degree related to document management, construction, quality, project management, administration, or a related field
