We are looking for an Control Desk & Credit Expertwho will:
- Be in charge of all the onboarding process and credit line maintenance (KYC, KYB, AML checks and credit Score validation, and credit origination)
- Responsible for thecontrol desk & credit team
- Make sure that all the prospects comply with all the requirements (legal, cashflow, credit score, risk)
- Review and approve all the credit lines authorized
- Monitor approval rates per segment and design actions to align with Clara´s strategy
- Credit line maintenance, monitoring and reporting
- Optimize, simplify and automate the onboarding process and extract business insights to enhance CX with the product team
- 5+ years working in the financial sector in risk management or middle office departments.
- 2+ years of experience as Credit Manager
- Deep knowledge in corporate credit analysis and credit scores in the Brazilian Market
- English professional proficiency (B2+)
- Attention to details focused on results, data-driven, analytical
- People management skills
- Experience working in fintechs in LATAM a big plus
- Entrepreneur mindset
- Google suite experience
- Zendesk
- Hubspot or similar
