Job Summary
We are looking for a candidate to join our Control centre team for optimising BRT operations.
Job Responsibilities
• Technical/analytical role focused on performance, availability, maintenance coordination, and compliance and KPIs of BRT operations.
• Field/operational role focused on day-to-day bus deployment, inspections, incidents and service continuity.
• Monitor daily fleet utilization, reliability and operational performance.
• Coordinate with bus operations and maintenance teams and contractors regarding bus availability as per schedule and ridership trends.
• Monitor and execution of daily Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities.
• Review daily trips KPI and reconciliation reports.
• Maintain and monitor fleet records and inventory logs, including: Bus mileage, Breakdown history.
• Accident/damage records along installation of new ITS equipment and troubleshooting in buses.
• Monitor KPIs such as availability, reliability, equipment fault rate, and utilization and maintenance compliance.
• Monitor daily fleet ensure sufficient buses are available as scheduled for BRT operations and ridership.
• Monitor the status of operational ITS equipment in all buses encompassing RTPI, Real time GPS tracker, VHF/UHF communication, fare validation devices, Bus WIFI and its integral parts.

Qualification
• 16 years of qualification preferably BSC, Electrical, transport, telecommunication Engineering.

Skills Required
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably in BSc, Electrical Engineering, Transport Engineering, or Telecommunication Engineering.
- IT knowledge and computer skills.
- Self-discipline.
- Leadership skills.
- Fresh candidates may apply; 1–2 years of experience preferred.
