We specialise in web development, managed delivery, custom software development, dedicated team solutions, and UX design. We are now looking for a skilled Contractual Associate SQA Engineer I to join our Engineering team and contribute to building production-grade systems and APIs.

Job responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive Test Plans and Strategies for enterprise applications, including web, mobile applications and APIs.

• Review and analyse requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and designs to identify unclear requirements, edge cases, and potential quality risks early in the development process.

• Create high-quality test cases and test scripts using various software testing techniques, including negative testing, Boundary Value Analysis (BVA), and data validation.

• Conduct thorough testing to identify, report, and prioritise critical and high-priority bugs early in the development process.

• Perform REST API testing, including request/response validation, status code verification, and error handling.

• Develop and execute API automation scripts using Postman and Hoppscotch, including assertions and API chaining.

• Conduct load and performance testing to evaluate application stability, response times, and system behaviour under varying user loads.

• Document test results, report defects, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Compensation & Other Benefits:

• Salary 27,500 BDT (Monthly)

• 8 AM - 4.30 PM from Monday - Friday; Sat & Sun Weekend (2 Days)

Qualification and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 1+ years of official experience in manual testing.

• Develop and manage effective Test Plans & Strategies for Enterprise applications (Web, Mobile App, Database, API, etc.)

• Ability to analyze requirements and gain sound knowledge about the product under test

• Ability to develop high-quality test scripts by applying different Test Techniques

• Test and find high-priority bugs early in the process

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Contract Renewal: The initial contract will be for 3 months and is project-based. Contract renewal or extension will depend on project and client requirements, individual performance, and cultural fit, and is not guaranteed.

Office Hour: 8 AM - 4.30 PM from Monday - Friday
