Contracts Manager

We are looking for a proactive and customer focused Contract Manager to join our team at the Brize Norton depot.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery, full contract compliance and strong working relationships.
You will oversee performance, manage customer portals and support both operational teams and new business integration across the Adler and Allan Group.
 

More about the role:

  • Act as the main point of contact for designated customer accounts
  • Lead day to day management of contracted services, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance
  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities to meet customer expectations
  • Produce high quality reports, presentations and performance updates
  • Attend regular customer meetings and provide proactive solutions to recurring issues
  • Support Operations, Finance and Sales teams with customer queries and new contract integration
  • Ensure all internal teams and subcontractors adhere to customer policies and procedures

Qualifications

About you:

  • Experienced in planned and reactive service environments
  • Strong background in customer contract management
  • Confident managing customer portals and digital reporting systems
  • Excellent communicator, able to engage with frontline teams and senior leaders
  • Skilled in producing clear, tailored reports and presentations
  • Knowledgeable in continuous improvement and project delivery
  • Highly organised, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
