Join Us in Tackling Autoimmune Disease at Its Root

At Vor, we believe science can do more than manage symptoms. It can change the course of disease. By advancing telitacicept, a first- and potentially best-in-class dual BAFF/APRIL inhibitor, we are silencing upstream survival signals and stopping downstream autoimmune cascades. Together, we are addressing disease at its root cause and rewriting what is possible for patients worldwide.

When you join Vor, you’re not just working on a medicine. You’re part of a mission to redefine the future of autoimmune care.

Why Work at Vor?

Impact: Contribute directly to a medicine with best-in-disease Phase 3 results in myasthenia gravis and expansion into multiple autoimmune diseases.

Growth: Be part of a rapidly scaling company with opportunities to grow your career in science, clinical development, commercial strategy, and beyond.

Innovation: Work on a platform with potential beyond one indication — a therapy that has already shown consistent results across lupus, IgA nephropathy, and Sjögren’s syndrome.

Belonging: Join a culture where every voice is heard, and where our shared mission unites us across functions and geographies.

  • Support Legal in the coordination and administration of more complex agreements (e.g., clinical trial agreements, vendor-related agreements, and strategic or high-risk contracts).
  • Identify risks, ambiguities, and deviations from standard terms and escalate appropriately.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure appropriate contract structure and terms.
  • Coordinate internal reviews and approvals with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and other relevant teams.
  • Act as a trusted partner to business teams, balancing efficiency with risk awareness.

Contract Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, internal policies, and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate and organized contract records within the contract management system.
  • Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews as needed.

Process Improvement & Training

  • Support continuous improvements of contract templates, playbooks, and contracting workflows.
  • Help streamline contracting processes and improve visibility and efficiency across the organization.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contracting processes and best practices.

Paralegal & Legal Operations Support

  • Prepare and manage legal documents, exhibits, schedules, and correspondence.
  • Support Legal Department initiatives and other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an ABA accredited law school, Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; or a paralegal certification is preferred
  • 4–7 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a paralegal role, supporting clinical-stage or commercial-stage biotech, pharma or CRO setting.
  • Strong understanding of contract structure, standard clauses, and legal terminology
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of work and competing priorities
  • Strong drafting, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and knowing when to escalate issues
