Lead enterprise data and AI strategy and build scalable data infrastructure for a biotech company. Deliver prioritized AI use cases, enable productivity tools, ensure regulated data and AI controls, and partner cross-functionally to create reporting, governance, and analytics that support clinical, regulatory, medical affairs, commercial, and executive decisions.

Lead end-to-end clinical trial management for complex autoimmune studies, ensuring ICH/GCP compliance, CRO/vendor oversight, site and PI selection, budget and timeline control, risk mitigation, quality/audit readiness, and mentoring of clinical team members to deliver trials on time and within budget.

Lead end-to-end clinical operations for autoimmune programs, managing study budgets, timelines, CROs/vendors, regulatory compliance (ICH/GCP), TMF/eTMF oversight, inspection readiness, cross-functional coordination, and mentorship of clinical trial staff to ensure successful execution of Phase II/III trials.

Lead global Regulatory CMC strategy for biologics and combination biologic/device programs. Drive CMC submissions (INDs/CTAs, amendments, registrations), negotiate with regulators, manage timelines, vendors, and inspection/change control activities, and provide cross-functional regulatory guidance across process, analytical, formulation, and lifecycle management to support clinical development and global registration.
