What We Do

The name DaVita is an adaptation of an Italian phrase meaning “giving life.” We give life every day for our patients needing dialysis. Our mission is to be the Provider, Partner and Employer of Choice, and we are building the greatest health care community the world has ever seen, guided by our core values of: Service Excellence, Integrity, Team, Continuous Improvement, Accountability, Fulfillment, and Fun.

At DaVita, we’re a community first and a company second. That is, we can be the same people inside and outside of work because for us, it’s not work, it’s our passion.
