Job Description:

We are looking for a sharp and detailed orientated intern to join our EMEA Contracts team supporting the legal and commercial aspect of commodity trading.

What you’ll do:

• Assist in drafting and reviewing physical commodity trading contracts

• Monitor key contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with internal approvals and commercial objectives

• Track the status of trades and contracts execution across their lifecycle

• Support process improvements, including helping construct various data libraries for our new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

• A student or recent graduate in law, finance or a related field, with a strong interest in the commodity trading markets

• Comfortable with legal language and commercial concepts

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
