The role
We are looking for a skilled Contracts Engineer to join our team for a significant Hydropower project based in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. This role involves managing contractual matters and assisting in the administration of claims to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support the management of contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any deviations proactively.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts and claims.
- Provide support in dispute resolution and claims negotiation when required.
With a track record of achievement in a related role, you will have gained your experience in a consultancy environment and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.
Suitable applicants will have/be:
- Tertiary qualifications or a related discipline (e.g. B.Sc/BE in Civil Engineering)
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in contract management within infrastructure or hydropower projects.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and claims processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant contract management tools.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
